摘  要:对光管进行CFD单相数值模拟和温度场分析,通过与制冷剂出口温度的实验结果进行对比,引入误差百分比验证数值模拟的可靠性。结果表明:在同一质量流速下,进口段的中心区域温度最高,出口段制冷剂温度最低且分布均匀;平均换热系数沿进口段至出口段方向减小且分布逐渐均匀;实验台热损失在3%内,对实验结果影响较小,确保实验数据的可靠性;制冷剂出口温度的模拟和实验结果的误差百分比为0.04%~0.11%,验证了数值模拟的可靠性。Single-phase numerical simulation and temperature field analysis of the smooth tube were carried out,and the reliability of numerical simulation was verified by introducing the percentage of error compared with refrigerant outlet temperature of the experimental results.The results show that the temperature in the central region of the inlet section is the highest at the same mass flow rate,and the refrigerant temperature in the outlet section is the lowest and distributes evenly.The average heat transfer coefficient decreases along the direction from the inlet to the outlet and distributes evenly.The heat loss of the test section is less than 3%,which has little influence on the experimental results and ensures the reliability of the experimental data.The percentages of error of simulation and experiment results are between 0.04%and 0.11%,which verifies the reliability of numerical simulation.
