摘 要:触摸屏技术特别是电容式触摸屏技术应用于智能手机后,触摸屏进入高速发展期,随着消费市场触摸屏产品尺寸扩大到中大尺寸,对导电线路有更低电阻的要求,而采用传统的氧化铟锡(Indium Tin Oxides,ITO)透明导电膜制作的导电线路电阻难以降低,从而需要开发出更低电阻的材料来制作导电线路。在既有一体化电容式触摸屏(one glass solution,OGS)技术方案基础上,团队独立自主开发成功并量产以铜材料制作导电线路网格的新型一体化电容式触控屏(one glass metal-mesh,OGM)。重点阐述了铜材料应用于新型触控技术及触控器件的3大核心技术:铜金属网格细线宽技术、铜金属网格低反射技术以及铜金属网格高可靠性技术。根据市场对柔性触控及柔性显示产品的需求,可将该技术推广应用到柔性触控产品上,充分发挥其低阻抗、高延展性的特性,更好地推动可弯曲、可折叠、可弯折终端的发展。After the touch screen technology,especially the capacity touch screen technology is applied to smart phones,the touch screen has entered a period of rapid development.With the demand for medium and large-sized touch screen products in the consumer market,Indium Tin Oxides(ITO)transparent conductive films are traditionally used.Touch screen products have a technical bottleneck that is difficult to reduce the resistance of conductive lines,and there is an urgent need for lower resistance touch technology solutions in the consumer market.On the existing integrated capacity touch screen(OGS)technical solution,the team independently developed and mass-produced conductive materials made of copper on the existing integrated capacity touch screen(OGS)technical solution mesh's new integrated capacity touch screen(One Glass Metal-Mesh,OGM for short).This article focuses on the three core technologies of copper materials used in new touch technology and touch devices:copper metal mesh thin line width technology,copper metal mesh low reflection technology,high reliability technology for copper metal mesh technology.According to the market's demand for flexible touch and flexible display,copper metal mesh products can be promoted and applied to flexible touch products,giving full play to its low impedance and high ductility,and better promoting the development of flexible,foldable and flexible terminals.
