大学生心理弹性与生命意义感的关系:领悟社会支持的中介作用

摘　　要：目的:考察心理弹性对大学生生命意义感的影响,并探讨领悟社会支持在二者之间的中介作用。方法:采用生活目的测验(PIL)、心理弹性量表(CD-RISC)、领悟社会支持量表(PSS)对861名大学生进行问卷调查。结果:①大学生生命意义感均分为(99.18±20.74)分,71.8%的大学生生活意义与目标不确定或缺乏生命意义;②心理弹性、领悟社会支持与生命意义感总分及各维度呈显著正相关(r=0.2~0.7,P<0.01);③高心理弹性水平大学生的生命意义感显著高于中、低心理弹性水平大学生(F=265.14,P<0.001);④领悟社会支持在心理弹性与生命意义感之间起部分中介作用(β=0.44,P<0.001)。结论:大部分大学生生命意义感与目标不确定,心理弹性影响大学生的生命意义感,且部分影响通过领悟社会支持起作用。Objective:To investigate the effect of college students’ resilience on meaning in life,and mediating effect of perceived social support.Methods:A total of 861 undergraduates were surveyed with the Purpose in Life Test,Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale,Perceived Social Support Scale.Results:①College students’ meaning in life score were(99.18±20.74),71.8% students were not sure about their meaning in life or lack life purpose;②Positive correlation was observed between resilience,perceived social support and meaning in life(r=0.2~0.7,P<0.01);③The meaning in life of college students with high level of resilience was significantly higher than those with middle or low level of resilience(F=265.14,P<0.001);④Perceived social support played a significant partial mediating effect between resilience and meaning in life.Conclusion:Most college students’ life meaning and purpose are uncertain,and resilience affects college student’ meaning in life,partly by perceived social support.
