摘 要:针对中江气田水平井柱塞下入深度不足、在低压井中运行效率低、在结蜡井中易卡堵的问题,首先从A靶点处存在球座台阶面的井身特点出发,研制了免钢丝作业直投式水平井柱塞限位器,将柱塞下死点深度拓展至A靶点附近;其次基于Lea矿场经验法,引入载荷因子和柱塞上升速度,制作了"四线五区"柱塞气举运行工况诊断图版,提出了以Ⅰ区高效运行区为优化目标的柱塞运行提效方法,并且形成了"通井刮蜡,挤注热水,闷井强排"的结蜡井柱塞防卡方法,以及针对扩径井口的柱塞捕捉简易方法;最后在JS104-3HF井开展了现场应用,柱塞顺利下至A靶点附近,成功克服了井筒结蜡卡堵,柱塞运行平稳,产气量增加明显,有助于该技术在中江气田水平井中的推广。新图版直观判断柱塞工况,快速优化柱塞工艺,方便一线工程师使用,具有较好的实用性。The plunger has the issues of insufficient entry depth, low operating efficiency in low pressure wells and being easy to be blocked with wax precipitation in the horizontal wells of Zhongjiang Gasfield.Fol-lowing measures are taken to solve the problems above.Firstly,a direct throw plunger limiter operated without wire is developed based on the existence of the step surface of ball seat at target A in horizontal wells,and the depth of the plunger is up to near the target A.Secondly,based on the Lea field experience method,two parameters of load factor and rising speed of plunger are introduced,and a diagnostic chart of plunger gas lift operation condition in "four lines in five areas" is made.Method of improving efficiency of plunger opera-tion is put forward,which takes the high efficiency operation area of Area I as the optimization objective.Next,the methods of preventing the plunger blocking in the oil wells with wax precipitation is summarized as wax scraping in whole well,hot water injection and forced drainage after well shutting.The methods of catching the plunger at the expanded wellhead are also put forward.Finally,the plunger gas lift is carried out in Well JS104-3 HF.The plunger ran successfully near target A and the wax blockage in the wellbore was overcome.The plunger runs smoothly and the gas production increases obviously.It is helpful to promote the tech-nology in the horizontal wells of Zhongjiang Gasfield.The new chart can directly diagnose the working condi-tions of the plunger,and quickly optimize the plunger process,which is convenient for the front-line engineers and has better practicability.
