摘  要:本文在分析套管式直流蒸汽发生器工作机理以及基本控制策略的基础上,提出了基于Min/Max切换规则的具有压力、水位保护回路的直流蒸汽发生器与汽轮机一体化控制策略。此种控制策略不但可以满足直流蒸汽发生器在正常工况运行时对于压力、水位的规定要求,保证出口蒸汽质量;还能够在汽轮机升降负荷变化速率过快时进行有效地保护控制,防止压力、水位超限事故的发生。本文提出的控制策略将有助于解决直流蒸汽发生器以及一体化反应堆的实际控制问题。The mechanism and the basic control strategy of the casing once-through steam generator(OTSG)are analyzed,based on which the coordination Min/Max switching control strategy between the OTSG and turbin with pressure and water level protection circuit is proposed.This control strategy both can meet the requirements of pressure and water level when the OTSG working on steady conditions to guarantee the quality of outlet steam,and can protcet effectively when the turbin changing its load too fast,thus to keep away of the pressure or water level overrun accident.The control strategy proposed in the paper will contribute to solve the actual control problems of the OTSG and integral reactor.
