摘 要:目的:教师在工作中面临着许多复杂和不确定性情境,不确定性的容忍性是影响教师职业健康的重要因素。本研究旨在探讨不确定性的容忍性对中学教师职业倦怠的影响及其机制。方法:2017年10月,采用整群取样法,从福州市5所中学抽取407名有效中学教师为被试,进行问卷调查。结果:男教师不确定性容忍性得分显著低于女教师(t=-2.39,P<0.05),初级职称教师显著高于中、高级职称教师(F=3.19,P<0.05),说明女教师、初级职称教师对不确定性的容忍性水平更低;不确定的容忍性显著影响职业投入(β=0.37,S.E.=0.07,P<0.001)和倦怠(β=-0.24,S.E.=0.06,P<0.001),不确定性的容忍程度越低,职业投入越低,职业倦怠越明显;职业投入在不确定的容忍性与职业倦怠之间起部分中介作用,标准化的中介效应值为0.18,占总效应的48.6%。结论:不确定性的容忍性与教师职业倦怠负相关,与工作投入正相关,增强中学教师对不确定性的容忍性,可有效提高职业投入,缓解职业倦怠。Objective:As middle school teachers face much complex and uncertainty in their workplace,tolerance of uncertainty becomes an important factor for their job health.The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between intolerance of uncertainty and job engagement and burnout.Methods:With a cluster sampling,a total sample of 407 middle school teachers was recruited from Fuzhou city,fujian province,China.All the participants fulfilled three measures relating to intolerance of uncertainty,job engagement,and burnout.Results:①Male manifested significantly lower level of intolerance of uncertainty than female(t=-2.39,P<0.05);Teachers with primary job title showed significantly higher level of intolerance of uncertainty than those with middle and high job title(F=3.19,P<0.05);②Intolerance of uncertainty was significantly and negatively correlated with job engagement(β=0.37,S.E.=0.07,P<0.001),while it was positively associated with job burnout(β=-0.24,S.E.=0.06,P<0.001);③ Job engagement partially mediated the relationship between intolerance of uncertainty and job burnout,with the standardized mediating effect was 0.18,accounting for 48.6% of the total effect.Conclusion:This study suggests that intolerance of uncertainty is positively correlated with job burnout but negatively with job engagement in middle school teachers.The implication of this study is that tolerance of uncertainty in middle school teachers should be enhanced,so as to increase the level of job engagement and thus decrease the level of job burnout.
