摘　　要：随着我国医药卫生体制改革的不断深入开展与改进,新一轮医改已全面开展,全民健康的目标对医疗卫生机构的院务公开工作提出了更高的要求。全文通过对中国医学科学院肿瘤医院院务公开工作现状的分析,结合其工作实际,对医院院务公开工作创新的具体实践及改进进行讨论。不断创新与提高医院院务公开管理水平,可督促医院各部门院务公开工作的推进与改善,将院务公开纳入绩效考核可以提高医院对院务公开的重视程度,从而不断改善医疗服务,增强医院民主建设,有利于促进医院长远发展。According to the in-depth development and improvement of Chinese health care reform,higher requirements were set to improve the management of hospital affairs disclosure.Based on the analysis of the status of hospital affairs disclosure in Cancer Hospital,Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences and the actual situation of hospital affairs disclosure,this article discusses the specific practice and improvement in Cancer Hospital,CAMS.The constant improvement of management of hospital affairs disclosure can urge the promotion and improvement of the disclosure of hospital affairs in every related departments,the inclusion of hospital disclosure in the performance assessment can improve the hospital’s attention to hospital affairs disclosure,and improve medical services continuously,as well as strengthen the democratic construction of public hospital,which could promote the long-term development of the hospital.
