摘　　要：吴中朝教授针对既往临床贴敷存在的诸如部位局限、经络效应未能充分兼顾,重于表轻于里、脏腑辨证应用不够等问题,总结出应基于经络脏腑辨证理论施行贴敷的临床经验:经脉辨证为纲,循经贴敷;经筋辨证为基,多纬贴敷;络脉辨证为目,分野贴敷;疾病辨证为翼,择要贴敷;脏脏辨证为本,特定贴敷。Focusing on the limits of the plaster application of Chinese herbal medicine in clinical practice, i.e. limit in the region exerted, inadequate meridian effect, more attention to the exterior rather than the interior and limit in the application of zangfu differentiation, professor WU Zhong-chao proposes his clinical experiences in the plaster application of Chinese herbal medicine based on meridian and zangfu differentiation, including: The Chinese herbal plaster application alone meridian course guided by meridian differentiation. Multidimensional plaster application on the base of the meridian differentiation of muscle region. Split-field plaster application by taking collateral differentiation as principle. Selective plaster application in association with disease differentiation. Specific plaster application rooted on zangfu differentiation.
