摘　　要：随着新型冠状病毒肺炎(简称新冠肺炎)疫情的发展,与其相关的心理应激症状逐渐显现,预防性与治疗性的心理危机干预亟需开展。本文重点介绍国际上通用的心理危机干预模型,包括危机事件应激管理体系、任务模型、评定-危机干预-创伤治疗干预模型,以期在已有的干预方式的基础上,结合新冠肺炎的特殊性,形成适合新冠肺炎心理危机干预的模式;同时提出可能的应对策略,为我国突发公共卫生事件相关心理危机的预防、评估、干预、随访体系与机制的构建提供理论基础。With the development of the COVID-19 epidemic,the psychological impacts and stress-related symptoms associated with it have gradually appeared.The preventative and therapeutic psychological crisis interventions are urgently needed.This article focused on the international psychological crisis intervention models,which included the critical incident stress management,the task model,and the assessment-crisis intervention-trauma treatment intervention model.The aim of the current study was to form the suitable interventions for COVID-19 according to existing intervention methods and the specific characteristics of COVID-19.Possible coping strategies were also proposed for COVID-19 psychological crisis,which provided a theoretical basis for establishing an integrated public health emergency system and mechanism for psychological crisis prevention,evaluation,intervention and follow-up in China.
