大剂量混合使用阿莫达非尼及莫达非尼致精神障碍一例

摘　　要：莫达非尼可用于治疗发作性睡病及抑郁症,但目前国内外鲜有莫达非尼可引起精神障碍的报道。我们报道1例大剂量混合使用莫达非尼及阿莫达非尼后出现精神障碍,期望引起临床医师的注意。Modafinil can be used to treat narcolepsy and depression,but there are few reports of mental disorders caused by modafinil at home and abroad.This artical reported a case of mental disorder following high-dose combined use of modafinil and Armodafinil in the hope of attracting attention of the clinicians.
