摘 要:为制备兼具导电和储能性能的智能可穿戴纺织品,采用纯氧化石墨烯分散液为印花浆料,通过传统可大规模生产的丝网印花技术,结合多元羧酸整理工艺,制得石墨烯印花导电储能织物。采用扫描电子显微镜观察、傅里叶红外光谱分析、织物撕破强力测试和电化学性能分析等方法对织物的结构和性能进行研究。结果表明,多元羧酸整理最佳工艺为:ρ(SHP)100 g/L,ρ(BTCA)120 g/L,焙烘温度180℃,焙烘时间2 min。该工艺条件下,氧化石墨烯在棉织物上同时发生交联和还原反应,与棉织物形成三维多孔网络结构,获得的石墨烯印花织物表面电阻为0.58 kΩ/sq。由该石墨烯印花织物组装的超级电容器的串联电阻为68Ω,传递电阻为110Ω,比电容能够达到23.7 mF/cm^2。In order to prepare intelligent wearable textile with excellent electrical conductivity and energy storage,based on traditional scalable screen-printing technology and polycarboxylic acid finishing meth⁃od,graphene printed textiles are prepared by using pure graphene oxide dispersion as printing paste.The structure and properties of the materials are investigated by means of scan electron microscopy observation,Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy analysis,fabric tearing strength test and electro⁃chemical performance analysis.The results show that the optimal process of polycarboxylic acid finish⁃ing is:ρ(SHP)100 g/L,ρ(BTCA)120 g/L,curing at 180℃for 2 min.Under this condition,the graphene ox⁃ide is reduced and cross-linked with cotton fabric simultaneously to form a three-dimensional porous network structure,and the sheet resistance of graphene printed textile is 0.58 kΩ/sq.The series resis⁃tance,charger transfer resistance and specific capacitance of the assembled supercapacitor are 68Ω,110Ωand 23.7 mF/cm^2 respectively.
