摘 要:测试了高碱浓度和低碱浓度条件下,碱减量处理对原生涤纶和再生涤纶尺寸变化率、撕破强力、断裂强力、接缝滑移等性能的影响。结果表明:碱减量处理对再生涤纶织物的接缝滑移性能和断裂伸长率影响不大,但随着再生涤纶比例的增加,会导致织物的撕破强力和断裂强力减小;不同比例含量的再生涤纶织物,其耐皂洗色牢度和耐汗渍色牢度基本一致;耐干摩擦色牢度相差不大,但耐湿摩擦色牢度随再生涤纶含量的减少而降低。Under the condition of high alkali concentration and low alkali concentration,the influences of alkali deweighting on the size change rate,tearing strength,breaking strength,seam slip and other prop⁃erties of virgin polyester and regenerated polyester are tested.The results show that alkali deweighting has little effect on the seam slip and breaking elongation of regenerated polyester fabric,but with the in⁃crease of regenerated polyester proportion,the tearing strength and breaking strength of the fabric will decrease;the color fastnesses to soaping,perspiration and dry friction of regenerated polyester fabric with different regenerated polyester content is basically the same;the color fastness to wet rubbing de⁃creases with the decrease of regenerated polyester content.
