摘 要:采用超高效液相色谱串联质谱(UPLC-MS/MS)建立了纺织品中大麻二酚(CBD)的检测方法,研究了温度、时间、溶剂和提取方式对纺织品中大麻二酚提取效率的影响。在优化的条件下,样品经过甲醇或乙腈加热回流提取1 h,用UPLC-MS/MS检测,以甲氧那明为内标进行定量分析。结果表明,大麻二酚在0.5~100 ng/mL质量浓度范围内线性关系良好,检出限为0.01 mg/kg,加标回收率为93.1%~97.2%,相对标准偏差为5.69%。该方法已成功地用于功能纺织品中大麻二酚的检测,具有灵敏度高、回收率高、精密度好等优点。A method for determination of cannabinoids(CBD)in textiles is established by ultra high per⁃formance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry(UPLC-MS/MS).The effects of tempera⁃ture,time,solvent and extraction method on the extraction efficiency of cannabinoids in textiles are studied.Under the optimized conditions,the samples are extracted by heating and reflux with methanol or acetonitrile for 1 h,detected by UPLC-MS/MS,and quantitatively analyzed with methoxyphenamine as the internal standard.The results show that the linear relationship of cannabinol is good in the con⁃centration range of 0.5~100 ng/mL,the detection limit is 0.01 mg/kg,the recovery rate is 93.1%~97.2%,and the relative standard deviation is 5.69%.The method has been successfully applied to the detection of cannabinol in functional textiles,with the advantages of high sensitivity,high recovery rate and high precision.
