无直接利益冲突中阶段性群体心理及其疏导策略分析

摘　　要：无直接利益冲突是众多和原生事件没有直接利益关系的参与者在复杂的群体心理支配下发泄不满情绪的一种集群行为。作为群体性事件的一种特殊类型,从冲突的整个过程看,群体心理表现出明显的阶段性,如酝酿阶段的消极失落、固执逆反心理,诱发阶段的盲从、造势心理,激化阶段的宣泄、法不责众心理等。探析无直接利益冲突阶段性群体心理有助于我们把握参与者在各个阶段的行为逻辑,建构防范冲突发生、扩大、升级的框架机制,也是疏导和化解无直接利益冲突的关键点。Non-direct conflict of interest is a cluster behavior of many participants who have no direct interest relationship with the original event to vent their dissatisfaction under the complex group psychological control.As a special type of group incidents,from the perspective of the entire process of conflict,group psychology shows a clear stage,such as the negative loss in the gestation stage,the stubborn rebellious psychology,the blind obedience in the induction stage,the psychology of creating momentum,the catharsis in the intensification stage,and the law not blaming the public psychology.Analyzing the group psychology of non direct conflict of interest helps us to grasp the behavior logic of participants in each stage,construct the framework mechanism to prevent the occurrence,expansion and upgrading of conflict,and is also the key point to guide and resolve the non direct conflict of interest.
