摘　　要：PD-1/PD-L1抑制剂在肿瘤的辅助治疗、晚期肿瘤治疗中都有较好的疗效,然而目前对于PD-1/PD-L1抑制剂在新辅助治疗中的作用尚不明确,本文就PD-1/PD-L1抑制剂在新辅助治疗中应用的最新进展进行综述。PD-1/PD-L1 inhibitors have a good therapeutic efficacy in adjuvant treatment and advanced tumor therapy.However,the role of PD-1/PD-L1 inhibitors in neoadjuvant therapy is still unclear.This review summarizes the recent advances on the application of PD-1/PD-L1 inhibitors in neoadjuvant therapy.
