摘 要:目的探讨新疆地区维吾尔族草酸钙(CaOx)肾结石与骨桥蛋白(OPN)基因多态性的相关性。方法选择2016年6-12月就诊于新疆医科大学第二附属医院的新疆地区200例临床确诊CaOx肾结石的维吾尔族患者作为病例组,选择同期200例无草酸钙肾结石病史的健康维吾尔族体检者作为对照组,应用SnaPshot方法对OPN基因位点(rs1126616)的基因型及等位基因频率进行检测,分析其与CaOx肾结石发病的相关性。结果OPN基因rs1126616位点的基因型分布符合Hardy-Weinberg平衡。病例组OPN基因位点rs1126616的基因型和等位基因频率与对照组比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论OPN基因rs1126616位点与新疆地区维吾尔族CaOx肾结石的发病无相关性,此基因位点可能不是新疆地区维吾尔族CaOx肾结石发病的易感基因位点。Objective To investigate the relationship between osteopontin(OPN)gene polymorphism and calcium oxalate(CaOx)nephrolithiasis in Uygur People in Xinjiang.Methods Klotho gene polymorphism rs1126616 were investigated in 200 Uygur patients with clinically confirmed urinary calcium oxalate renal calculi and 200 healthy Uygur people without history of urinary calculi.Its genotype and allele frequency were analyzed by SnaPshot method.Results The genotype frequencies are in compliance with Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium.There was no significant difference found in genotype frequencies and allele of rs1126616 locis between case and controls(P>0.05).Conclusion The rs1126616 polymorphisms of OPN gene has no associated with the risk of Calcium oxalate nephrolithiasis in Xinjiang region.The locus of is not associated with the occurrence of calcium oxalate calculi in Xinjiang Uygur natinality.The results of this study suggested that rs1126616 polymorphism of OPN gene has no correlation with the susceptibility of Calcium oxalate nephrolithiasis.
