摘  要:为了研究高氮型高强度灰铸铁的组织特性对铣削性能的影响有利于促进这种材料在工业中的应用,提高产品质量,通过对高氮灰铸铁和普通灰铸铁进行金相试验和铣削试验,研究材料的金相组织对铣削力和铣削表面粗糙度的影响。结果表明:氮元素含量由0.0062%提高到0.0094%,灰铸铁石墨端部钝化,减小石墨对基体的割裂作用和应力集中,促进珠光体形成,抗拉强度和硬度分别提高48 MPa和15 HBW,同时氮化物硬质点的增多使得高氮灰铸铁的铣削力增大30.8%,加工表面粗糙度增大18.2%。The study of the influence of the structure characteristics of high-nitrogen high-strength gray cast iron on the milling performance is conducive to promoting the application of this material in industry and improving the product quality.Through the metallographic experiment and milling experiment of high nitrogen gray cast iron and common gray cast iron,the influence of material metallographic structure on milling force and milling surface roughness was studied.The results show that:The content of nitrogen increased from 0.0062%to 0.0094%.The end of gray cast iron was passivated,which reduced the splitting effect and stress concentration of graphite on the matrix,and promoted the formation of pearlite.The tensile strength and hardness of gray cast iron increased by 48MPa and 15HBW respectively.Meanwhile,the milling force and surface roughness of high nitrogen gray cast iron increased by 30.8%and 18.2%respectively with the increase of hard spots of nitride.
