摘  要:为解决某改造项目LT电除尘器极线断裂问题,选择出与原极配性能接近的最佳极配形式,通过实验测量了LT电除尘器常用的7种放电极与C480和C335板匹配时伏安特性、电场强度与电流密度。采用实验和数值比对相结合的方法,以伏安特性、电场强度、极板表面平均电流密度为指标对极配形式进行了实验测试,给出了几种电场性能较好的电极配置形式,对电除尘器的设计选型有一定的参考价值。In order to solve the problem of pole line fracture of LT electrostatic precipitator in a reconstruction project,chose the best pole matching form which is close to the original pole matching performance.The volt ampere characteristics,electric field strength and current density of 7 kinds of commonly used discharge electrodes of LT electrostatic precipitator when they are matched with c480 and c335 plates are measured through experiments.With the combination of experiment and numerical comparison,the electrode configuration is tested with the indexes of volt ampere characteristic,electric field intensity and average current density on the surface of electrode plate.Several electrode configurations with better electric field performance are given.It has certain reference value for the design and selection of ESP.
