摘　　要：为应对市场上对不同包装多样化贴标的需要,设计一种与生产系统或订单系统对接,可实现智能化生产的实时打印贴标机,可根据产品订单信息,实时打印所需标签内容,运用设计的贴标机构完成产品包装贴标。经实践得出:设备结构布局紧凑合理,可实现每分钟15次贴标,可根据包装大小调整标签尺寸和贴标位置。此外,还可以通过扫描系统对标签信息进行验证,确保贴标正确率,是当下信息化生产所需的智能贴标设备。In order to the needs of diversified labeling for different packages in the market,we design a real-time printing and labeling machine which can be connected with production system or order system and realize intelligent production.According to the product order information,print the required label content in real time,using the designed labeling mechanism to complete product packaging labeling.Through practice,it can be concluded that:the structure of the equipment is compact and reasonable,it can realize labeling 15 times per minute,and can adjust the label size and labeling position according to the package size.In addition,the label information can be verified through the scanning system to ensure the labeling accuracy,it is the intelligent labeling equipment needed for information production.
