摘 要:近年来,我国乃至全球的慢性肾脏病(chronic kidney disease,CKD)疾病负担增高,慢性肾脏病与肠道菌群的相关性成为研究热点.CKD患者由于肾小球滤过水平下降,代谢产物在血液中堆积,造成肠上皮屏障的破坏,从而使得毒素进入肠道,改变肠道环境,最终导致肠道菌群失衡.而失衡的肠道菌群产生更多的有害物质,使得肠上皮屏障进一步被破坏,细菌和毒素入血,形成恶性循环.CKD和肠道菌群之间的关系,使得通过干预肠道菌群来预防和治疗CKD成为可能.本文总结了近年来对于此机制的研究,以期为CKD的治疗和预防提供参考.The burden of chronic kidney disease has increased in China and even globally,and the correla⁃tion between chronic kidney disease and intestinal flora has become a research hotspot in recent years.Due to the decrease of glomerular filtration level and accumulation of metabolites in blood,the intestinal epithelial barrier is damaged in patients with chronic kidney disease,so that toxins enter the intestine,change the intestinal environ⁃ment,and eventually lead to intestinal flora imbalance.The unbalanced intestinal flora produces more harmful sub⁃stances,which further destroys the intestinal epithelial barrier,and the bacteria and toxins enter the blood,form⁃ing a vicious circle.The relationship between chronic kidney disease and intestinal flora makes it possible to pre⁃vent and treat chronic kidney disease by intervening in intestinal flora.This paper summarizes recent studies on this mechanism in order to provide a reference for the treatment and prevention of chronic kidney disease.
