摘　　要：家鸡F2代资源群是重要的实验模型,是按照特定的杂交选育方法产生的群体,具有遗传多样性丰富、群体性状高度分离的特点。在家鸡分子辅助选育中,家鸡F2代资源群被广泛用于影响家鸡经济性状的数量性状遗传位点(QTL)、单核苷酸(SNP)多态性、候选基因的筛选与鉴定的研究中,其结果可以有效地为家鸡分子选育提供理论依据。文章就国内外运用家鸡F2代资源群的研究结果进行综述,以期为家鸡分子辅助育种与开发利用提供更有力的理论依据。The F2 resource population of domestic chicken is an important experimental model,which is produced according to the specific hybridization and breeding method and has the characteristics of rich genetic diversity and high separation of population characters.In molecular-assisted breeding of domestic chicken,the F2 resource population of chicken has been widely used in the research of quantitative trait genetic locus(QTL),single nucleotide(SNP)and the screening and identification of candidate genes affecting the economic traits of domestic chickens,the results can effectively provide a theoretical basis for molecular breeding of domestic chickens.In this paper,the research results of domestic chicken F2 resource population in domestic and abroad were summarized,which provided a more powerful theoretical basis for molecular assisted breeding and development and utilization of domestic chickens.
