摘  要:为了给牧场防控奶牛卵巢静止疾病提供科学依据,试验选取产后45~60天卵巢静止的和正常发情的中国荷斯坦奶牛各15头,采用抽血检测的方法分析了卵巢静止奶牛血液中矿物质及生化指标的变化情况。结果表明:与正常发情组奶牛相比,卵巢静止组奶牛日泌乳量显著提高(P<0.05),发情次数显著减少(P<0.05),卵泡直径极显著减小(P<0.01);丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)活性显著提高(P<0.05),天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)活性极显著提高(P<0.01);血中矿物质镁(Mg)含量显著降低(P<0.05);另外,卵巢静止组奶牛血中雌二醇(E2)浓度极显著降低(P<0.01)。说明产后卵巢静止奶牛血液能量、肝功指标、矿物元素及生殖激素等发生了明显变化。In order to provide scientific basis for prevention and control of inactive ovarian disease in dairy cows,15 inactive ovarian cows and 15 normal estrus cows were selected between 45 and 60 days after parturition,the method of blood sampling was used to analyze the changes of mineral and biochemical indexes in the blood of inactive ovarian cows.The results showed that compared with the control group cows,the daily milk yield in the inactive ovarian group was significantly increased(P<0.05),the number of estrus was significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the follicle diameter was significantly smaller(P<0.01);the concentration of ALT and AST was significantly higher(P<0.05);the concentration of magnesium in blood was significantly lower(P<0.05);in addition,the concentration of estradiol in the blood in inactive ovarian group was significantly lower(P<0.01).These results indicated that the energy metabolism,liver function,mineral elements and reproductive hormones in the blood of inactive ovarian cows changed obviously after parturition.
