摘  要:为实现Ti75合金管材数控弯曲精确成形,提高其成形质量与产品合格率,需要对弯曲过程中的壁厚减薄与截面畸变进行有效控制。通过对现有数控弯管机进行模具改进,增加加热装置与控温系统,搭建了管材数控加热弯曲试验平台;基于该平台开展工艺试验,研究了加热温度、弯制速度和相对弯曲半径对Ti75合金管材数控加热弯曲过程中的壁厚减薄和截面畸变的影响,结果表明:在500~600℃时,随着加热温度升高,管材壁厚减薄率与截面畸变率显著降低;当弯制速度为1~3(°)·s^-1时,随着弯制速度增加,壁厚减薄率增加,截面畸变率略微增加;相对弯曲半径由2.0降低至1.5时,管材壁厚减薄率、截面畸变率在管件弯曲各阶段均显著增大。实际生产中应根据工况条件,尽量选择较大的弯曲半径。To realize the precise forming of numerical control(NC)bending and improve the forming quality and product qualification rate of Ti75 alloy tube,the effectively control for the wall thickness thinning and cross section distortion during the bending process was needed.The NC heat bending test platform for the tube was built by improving the tools of the existing NC tube bender and adding heating device and temperature control system.The process test was carried out based on the test platform,and the effects of heating temperature,bending speed and relative bending radius on the wall thickness thinning and cross section distortion of Ti75 alloy tube during NC heat bending process were investigated.The results show that the wall thickness thinning rate and cross section distortion rate significantly decrease with the increase of heating temperature during 500-600℃.When the bending speed is 1-3(°)·s^-1,the wall thickness thinning rate increases with the increase of bending speed,and the cross section distortion rate slightly increases.The wall thickness thinning rate and cross section distortion rate significantly increase in each stage of the tube bending with the decrease of relative bending radius from 2.0 to 1.5.In the actual production,a larger bending radius should be selected according to the working conditions.
