摘　　要：为有效治理粉尘等悬浮颗粒产生的环境污染,多功能抑尘车作为一种新型环卫车辆,广泛应用于城市街道、公共场所、建筑工地及储煤场等各种污染地和扬尘场所。在吸收多种国内外同类产品优点的基础上,设计一款HFC5180TDYSZ型多功能抑尘车,该车喷雾装置以副发动机作为液压系统的动力源,水泵、风机全部采用液压驱动,该系统结构简单,性能可靠,安全高效,且可实现执行元件无级调速,提高了操作灵活性和作业效率。同时该车配备环境监测装置,可用于对车辆周围环境的实时监测。In order to effectively control the environmental pollution caused by dust and other suspended particles,the multifunction dust suppression vehicle,as a new type of sanitation vehicle,is widely used in urban streets,public places,construction sites,coal storage yards and other polluted and dustyareas.On the basis of absorbing the advantages of various domestic and foreign similar products,model HFC5180 TDYSZ multifunction dust suppression vehicle is designed.The vehicle spraying device uses the auxiliary diesel engine as the power source of the hydraulic system and uses hydraulic drive to drive the pumps and fans.The system is simple in structure,reliable in performance,safe and efficient,and can realize stepless speed regulation of the actuator,which improves the operation flexibility and working efficiency.At the same time,the vehicle is equipped with environmental monitoring device,which can be used for real-time monitoring of the surrounding environment of the vehicle.
