摘  要:为研究工程机械发动机搭载不同冷却风扇时的风场特点,建立搭载3种不同类型冷却风扇的系统模型,并采用STAR-CCM+软件进行仿真分析,获得流体域中的流线结果、散热器进/出口表面的平均风速、散热器进口表面的平均风压以及系统模型的表面平均声功率。结果表明:1)在整个流体域中,3种风扇对应的流线均比较顺畅,在导风罩各角落处不存在明显湍流,导风罩设计比较合理;2)散热器出口风速的大小与散热器进口风速的大小没有直接关系,但与散热器进口风压存在正比例关系;3)轴流风扇对散热器中心区域的利用率较低,对散热器四周区域的利用率较高,且不同类型风扇对散热器的利用率差异明显;4)当风扇直径、扇叶数量和转速相同时,扇叶角度越大,扇叶造型越复杂,系统模型的表面平均声功率级值越大,反之,亦成立。In order to study the characteristic of the wind field when the construction machinery engine is equipped with different cooling fans,the system model equipped with three different types of cooling fans is established,and the STAR-CCM+software is used for simulation analysis to obtain the streamline results in the fluid domain,the average wind speed on the inlet/outlet surface of the radiator,the average wind pressure on the inlet surface of the radiator and the average sound power on the surface of the system model.The results show that:1)In the whole fluid domain,the streamlines corresponding to the three kinds of fans are relatively smooth and there is no obvious turbulence at each corner of the wind guide hood.The design of the wind guide hood is reasonable;2)The wind speed at the outlet of the radiator is not directly related to the wind speed at the inlet of the radiator,but it is directly proportional to the inlet wind pressure at the inlet of the radiator;3)The utilization ratio of axial-flow fan is low to the central area of radiator and high to the surrounding area of radiator,and the utilization ratio of different types of fans to radiator is obviously different;4)When the fan diameter,the number of blades and the rotation speed are the same,the larger the blades angle and the more complex the blades shape,the greater the average sound power value of the system model surface,and vice versa.
