摘  要:分析装载机铲斗工况、抱叉工况和货叉工况等3种典型工况的作业方式和特点,设计出一组可用于描述装载机工作装置机构运动学和力学性能的曲线。绘制Z-bar、Tool Carrier、TP-linkage等3种工作装置的机构性能曲线,分析其特性和工况适用性。分析结果认为,Z-bar工作装置更适用于铲斗工况,Tool Carrier工作装置的力学性能较好,而TP-linkage工作装置的通用性较好。The operation modes and characteristics of three typical working conditions of the loaderbucket,grapple fork and pallet fork are analyzed.A set of curves that can be used to describe the kinematics and mechanical properties of the loader working device mechanism is designed.The mechanism performance curves of the three working devices,including ZBar,Tool Carrier,TP-linkage,are drawn to analyze their characteristics and working condition applicability.The analysis results show that the Z-bar working device is more suitable for the bucket working condition,the Tool Carrier working device has better mechanical properties,and the TP-linkage working device has better versatility.
