摘 要:主机产品零部件表面强化涂层与基体间结合强度直接决定了涂层的使用寿命,而涂层制备前零部件预处理表面三维形貌及三维粗糙度参数直接影响涂层与基体件结合性能。采用三维光学显微镜测得不同工艺参数下喷砂表面三维粗糙度参数,利用回归分析方法,通过MATLAB软件建立了涂层结合强度与三维粗糙度参数间回归数学模型。结果表明喷砂预处理表面随机分布着许多不规则形状的凸峰和凹坑,方向各异,没有固定的取向,其整体表面粗糙度Sa平均为4.84μm,涂层结合强度平均为32.82 MPa。涂层结合强度与三维粗糙度参数间存在着非线性相关关系,且Sa、Sdr、Sdq、Sq对涂层结合强度的影响较为显著,且存在非线性回归关系。The bonding strength between the surface enhancing coating of the host parts and the substrate directly determines the service life of the coating,while the three-dimensional surface morphology and three-dimensional roughness parameters of the pretreated surface of the parts before coating preparation directly affect the bonding performance of the coating and the substrate.The threedimensional roughness parameters of the sandblasted surface under different process parameters are measured by threedimensional optical microscope.The regression mathematical model between the coating bonding strength and the three-dimensional roughness parameters is established by using regression analysis method and MATLAB software.The results show that there are many irregular peaks and pits with different directions and without fixed orientation randomly distributed on the sandblasted pretreated surface.The overall surface roughness Sa is 4.84μm on average and the coating bonding strength is 32.82 MPa on average.There is a nonlinear correlation between the coating bonding strength and the three-dimensional roughness parameters,and Sa,Sdr,Sdq,Sq have a significant effect on the coating bonding strength,and there is a nonlinear regression relationship.
