摘 要:准确挖掘出系统内及超系统的可用资源进行系统有用功能重组是高质量裁剪创新设计的关键,其中潜在可用资源的挖掘是难点及重点。通过构建资源-属性列表实现系统可直接应用资源搜索;以物质属性为约束,提出基于资源相似度的潜在可用资源挖掘方法。基于功能类型重构标准解,以标准解为知识源辅助实现系统可用资源衍生;构建标准解-属性列表,基于标准解与资源属性二次属性相似度对比,引入外加资源实现系统可用资源重构。以此形成标准解辅助多层次系统可用资源衍生的系统化方法。最后以机械式水果采摘杆实例验证了该裁剪方法的可行性和有效性。Key of the high quality trimming innovative design is to exploit available resources within the system and super-system to redistribute useful functions, in which the difficulty is to find potential available resources. The readily-available resources of the system searched by the list of resource-attributes which is constructed, and with substance attribute as constrain, the exploit method of potential available resources based on the resource similarity is proposed. The standard solutions are reconstructed based on the function feature, and the derivation of the available resources assisted by the standard solutions which are used as knowledge source. The list of standard solutions-attributes is constructed, on the basis of second attribute similarity between standard solutions and resource attributes, introducing additional ideal resource to reconstruct available resource. On this base, the systematic method of deriving available resources with the assist of standard solutions is formed. Finally, the feasibility and effectiveness of the trimming method are verified by the example of mechanical fruit picking rod.
