摘　　要：[目的/意义]旨在为移动网络环境下的高校文献传递工作提供参考。[方法/过程]通过分析移动网络环境下阅读方式的变化,并结合高校图书馆的文献传递工作实践,从文献传递的宣传推广、多渠道融合、提升服务方式和培育全才型馆员等4个方面论述基于移动网络环境下文献传递工作的策略。[结果/结论]通过多样化的宣传策略和服务手段,提升新形势下文献传递的服务水平。[Purpose/significance]The paper is to provide references for the work of document delivery in universities under mobile network environment.[Method/process]The paper expounds strategies of document delivery work from 4 aspects of propaganda and promotion of document delivery multi-channel integration promotion of service mode and cultivation of all-round librarians by analyzing the changes of reading methods in mobile network environment and the work practice of document delivery in university libraries.[Result/conclusion]It is supposed to enhance service level of document delivery in the new situation through diversified publicity strategies and service means.
