摘　　要：研发安全有效的疫苗是预防、控制COVID-19流行的当务之急。本文综述严重急性呼吸综合征冠状病毒(SARS-CoV)和中东呼吸综合征冠状病毒(MERS-CoV)疫苗研究的进展和存在的问题,为同属β冠状病毒属的新型冠状病毒(2019-nCoV)疫苗研究提供借鉴。Safe and effective vaccines are urgently needed to prevent and control the outbreak of COVID-19.2019-nCoV belongs to the genus Betacoronavirus like severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus(SARS-CoV)and Middle East respiratory syndrome coronavirus(MERS-CoV).Here we summarized the current progress and problems in the development of vaccines against SARS-CoV and MERS-CoV in order to provide reference for COVID-19 vaccine development.
