摘　　要：目的探究水动力清创系统在副乳微创治疗中的应用效果。方法自2017年1月至2019年8月,对27例(48侧)副乳患者应用水动力清创系统进行微创治疗。于局部肿胀麻醉后行副乳清除术,并于术后随访观察疗效。结果27例患者术后获随访3~19个月,平均6个月。术区愈合良好,切口隐蔽,无血肿、感染、皮肤坏死及臂丛神经损伤发生,后期瘢痕不明显,患者对术后腋窝形态较满意。结论采用水动力清创系统治疗副乳,是一种微创、有效、安全的新方法,具有临床应用价值。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of hydrosurgery system in the minimally invasive treatment of accessory breast.Methods From January 2017 to August 2019,27 patients(48 sides)with accessory breast were treated by hydrosurgery system.The accessory breast was removed after local swelling anesthesia.Postoperative efficacy was observed and evaluated through follow-up.Results All 27 patients were followed up from3 to 19 months,with an average of 6 months after operation.The operative area healed well and the incision was concealed.No hematoma,infection,skin necrosis and brachial plexus nerve injury occurred.All patients were satisfied with the postoperative axillary shape.Conclusion The hydrosurgery system was an minimally invasive,effective and safe method in the treatment of accessory breast.This method had clinical application value.
