摘 要:目的分析国内罕见沙门菌株--长湾泥沙门菌株的生物学特性和流行病学特征,为沙门菌临床治疗和防治提供科学依据。方法对慈溪本地分离得到的菌株进行细菌学鉴定、血清分型、耐药性研究、脉冲场凝胶电泳(PFGE)和流行病学调查。结果生化鉴定为沙门菌属;血清分型为O17∶Ha∶H5;对国家致病菌识别网选择的30种抗生素均不耐药;与余姚、北京发现的菌株在分子分型上具有高度一致性。结论国内长湾泥沙门菌具有高度同源性,对常规抗生素不耐受,但本次感染未发现与外来动物之间的关联性。Objective To analyze the biological and epidemiological characteristics of Salmonella Jangwani,a rare Salmonella strain in China,so as to provide scientific basis for clinical treatment and prevention. Methods Bacteriological identification,serotyping,drug resistance,pulsed field gel electrophoresis( PFGE) and epidemiological investigation were performed on the isolated strains from Cixi City. Results The results showed that Salmonella was identified as Salmonella and the serotype was O17∶Ha∶H5. The 30 kinds of antibiotics selected by the national pathogen identification network were not resistant to drugs,and were highly consistent with the strains found in Yuyao City and Beijing City in molecular typing. Conclusion Salmonella Jangwani found in our country has high homology and is not tolerant to conventional antibiotics,but no association is found between this infection and exotic animals.
