摘 要:目的了解临海市城乡不同年龄不同孕期妊娠妇女碘营养状况,为孕妇科学补碘提供依据。方法 2016年-2018年按照东、西、南、北、中5个方位,随机抽取5个乡(镇),共抽查313份孕妇尿样,尿碘检测采用砷铈催化分光光度法测定。结果检测尿样313份,尿碘中位数为118. 0μg/L,2016年-2018年尿碘中位数分别为112. 5μg/L、146. 0μg/L、106. 0μg/L,3组间尿碘浓度差异有统计学意义(P=0. 007);农村和城镇的孕妇尿碘中位数分别为115. 5μg/L和126. 0μg/L,不同居住地孕妇尿碘浓度差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。不同孕期尿碘浓度差异和不同年龄孕妇尿碘浓度差异均无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。结论临海市城乡部分不同年龄不同孕期妊娠妇女碘营养水平仍处于碘缺乏状况,建议孕妇除坚持食用合格碘盐外,还应每周适当食用富碘的海产品,有必要时需配以服用碘制剂,采取碘强化措施提高孕妇碘营养水平。Objective To investigate the iodine nutritional status of pregnant women with different ages in urban and rural areas of Linhai City,so as to provide basis for pregnant women to supplement iodine scientifically. Methods From 2016 to 2018,five townships( towns) were randomly selected in the east,west,north,south and middle of the city,and a total of 313 urine samples from pregnant women were chosen. The urine iodine was determined by arsenic helium catalytic spectrophotometry.Results A total of 313 urine samples were tested,the total mid-value of urine iodine was 118. 0 μg/L,and the mid-value of urine iodine from 2016 to 2018 was 112. 5 μg/L,146. 0 μg/L,and 106. 0 μg/L,respectively. The difference in urine iodine concentration between the three mid-values was statistically significant( P = 0. 007);the mid-value of urine iodine concentrations of pregnant women living in rural areas and living in towns were 115. 5 μg/L and 126. 0 μg/L,respectively. The differences in urine iodine concentrations among pregnant women in different places of residence were statistically significant( P < 0. 05);there was no statistical significance on the difference in the urinary iodine concentration among pregnancy and ages( P > 0. 05). Conclusion Some pregnant women at different ages in urban and rural areas of Linhai City are still suffering from iodine deficiency,and it is recommended that pregnant women should not only adhere to the consumption of qualified iodized salt,but also consume marine products rich in iodine every week and if necessary,iodine supplementsiodine fortification measures should be taken to improve the level of iodine nutrition for pregnant women.
