摘  要:鞍钢股份有限公司大型厂轨梁分厂数字化车间的研究应用支撑鞍钢型材产品总体发展战略,打造国内首条数字化重轨生产线,推动国内长材产线智能制造、适应产业精细化生产要求,搭建行业领先的智能制造平台,融合数据采集、物料跟踪、3D可视化、质量管控等应用系统,实现产线数字化,为产线智能化奠定基础。数据采集系统实现数据自动采集,物料跟踪系统实现物料信息时间与工序的两维信息适配,质量管控系统实现产品管控质量提升,3D可视化系统进一步实现产线模拟数据孪生,为后续应用系统集成打造统一平台。Research and Application of Digital Factory in Heavy Section Plant at Ansteel Company Limited supports the overall development strategy of Ansteel’s section products,creates the first Chinese digital heavy rail factory,promotes the intelligent manufacturing of domestic long timber production line and can meet the requirements of industrial fine production. Our object is to build an industry-leading intelligent manufacturing platform to integrate data collection,material tracking,3D visualization,quality control and other application systems,which can realize the digitization of the production line and lay a foundation for the intellectualization of the production line. The data collection system realizes automatic data collection. The material tracking system realizes the two-dimensional information adaptation of material information time and process. The quality control system achieves the improvement of product management and control quality. And the 3D visualization system realizes the twinning of production line simulation data,which is built for subsequent application system integration to create a unified platform.
