摘  要:热轧卷取在快节奏换规格生产的情况下易在输出辊道上发生下一块带钢与上一块带钢追尾的事故,现有控制方法完全依靠操作工控制生产节奏,严重影响热轧生产线的轧制效率。为此,通过增加前后两块带钢运行的时间差作为精轧禁止进入的判断条件,该方法能够有效避免当输出辊道上同时输送两块带钢时发生的追尾撞击问题,且可以释放热轧产能,实现轧制节奏自动控制,降低吨钢成本。In the case of fast-paced production of hot rolling coiling,it is easy for the next strip to rear end with the previous strip on the output roller table. The existing control method relies entirely on the operator to control the production rhythm,which seriously affects the rolling efficiency of the hot rolling production line. Therefore,by increasing the running time difference between the front and back two strips as the judgment condition of no entry in finishing rolling,this method can effectively avoid the rear end collision when two strips are transported on the output roller table at the same time,and can release the hot rolling capacity,realize the automatic control of rolling rhythm,and reduce the cost of per ton steel.
