摘 要:铝合金板材在对中时,需要对板材的两边部施加方向相对的挤压力,当力度控制不当时,极容易导致板材边部出现不同程度的损伤。为了解决该问题,首先对现有对中装置进行了介绍,结合所要实现的工艺目标,又增加了用于检测金属板材长度的金属检测仪和激光测速仪等仪表,然后设计出与之匹配的控制计算方法并投入应用。通过以上方案的实施,板材的对中过程完全实现了自动化,确保双侧侧导尺在最短的总行程以内使得板材实现对中,且板材边部的损伤率降至0。Aluminum alloy plate usually needs to be centered before finishing,that is,to ensure that the center line of the plate coincides with the center line of the equipment. When the actuator is working,it needs to exert relative extrusion force on both sides of the plate. When the force is not properly controlled,it is very easy to cause different degrees of damage on the edge of the plate. In order to solve this problem,first of all,the existing centering device was introduced,combined with the process objectives to be achieved,and the metal detector and laser velocimeter used to detect the length of metal sheet were added. Then a matching control calculation method was designed and put into application. Through the implementation of the above scheme,the centering process of plate metal was fully automated,ensuring that the double side guide ruler could achieve the centering of the plate within the shortest total stroke,and the damage rate of the edge of plate metal was reduced to 0.
