摘  要:混合煤气热值的瞬间大幅波动有时会超出RBM2000热值仪的设计量程,导致热值仪故障熄火。热值仪在发生热值超上限故障熄火后,必须由维修人员到现场进行故障复位并重新点火后才能恢复正常工作。这不仅延长了设备故障时间,而且增加了维修人员的工作量。分析了RBM2000热值仪超量程熄火故障的原因,通过拓展测量上限,得到热值仪使用的残氧计算公式,对进入控制板的氧探头信号进行改造,并增加补风管路等措施,既成功解决了热值仪超量程熄火的问题,又确保了设备的安全运行。The instantaneous large fluctuation of the calorific value of the mixed gas sometimes exceeds the design range of RBM2000 calorimeter,resulting in the flameout fault of the calorimeter.When the calorimeter is flameout due to the failure of exceeding the upper limit of calorific value,the maintenance personnel must go to the site to reset the failure and restart the ignition before it can resume normal operation. This not only prolongs the equipment failure time,but also increases the workload of maintenance personnel. The cause of the RBM2000 calorimeter over range fault was analyzed. Through extending the upper limit of measurement,obtaining the calculation formula of the residual oxygen used in the calorimeter,modifying the signal from the oxygen sensors to the control unit,and adding the air supply line,then the flameout problem of the calorimeter caused by exceeding the upper limit was solved successfully,and the safe operation of the equipment was ensured.
