摘  要:为研究大蒜间作大白菜配施农残净对大白菜软腐病防治效果、品质、产量的影响,设置了4个处理:T1大白菜单作(对照);T2大白菜+农残净;T3大白菜间作大蒜;T4大白菜间作大蒜配施农残净,采收时统计各处理大白菜软腐病发生率,测定大白菜生长指标、品质,并测产,对测得数据进行对比分析。试验结果表明,T2、T3、T4处理对防治大白菜软腐病发生效果都很好,以T4处理对大白菜软腐病的防治效果最好,防治效率达78.50%;增产效果以T4处理最好,显著高于T1、T3处理;T4处理对提高大白菜VC和可溶性糖含量表现也很突出,显著高于其他处理;和对照相比,其他3个处理能显著降低大白菜硝酸盐含量,其中T4处理效果最好,硝酸盐含量不但显著低于对照,也显著低于T2处理;在农残酶抑制率方面,T2、T3、T43个处理显著低于对照,T4和T3相比差异显著。In order to study the control and prevention effect of garlic intercropping Chinese cabbage combined with Nongcanjing on Chinese cabbage soft rot and the effect on the quality and yield of Chinese cabbage,four treatments were set as T1:Chinese cabbage single cropping(the control group),T2:Chinese cabbage+Nongcanjing,T3:Chinese cabbage intercropping with garlic,T4:Chinese cabbage intercropping with garlic combined with Nongcanjing.During harvest,the incidence of soft rot in Chinese cabbage was counted,and the growth indexes,quality and yield of Chinese cabbage were measured.The measured data were compared and analyzed.The results showed that,T3,T2 and T4 had good effects on control and prevention of Chinese cabbage soft rot.T4 had the best effect on control and prevention of Chinese cabbage soft rot,with the control efficiency of 78.50%.The yield of T4 was the highest,which was significantly higher than those of T1 and T3.T4 also significantly improved the contents of VC and soluble sugar in Chinese cabbage.Compared with the control treatment,the other three treatments could significantly reduce the nitrate content of Chinese cabbage,and T4 had the best effect,which was not only significantly lower than that of the control treatment,but also significantly lower than T2.The enzyme inhibition rate of residual pesticide of T2,T3 and T4 were significantly lower than that of the control treatment,and the difference between T4 and T3 was also significant.
