摘　　要：阐述了宣钢150 t炉区智能炼钢模式下测量控制系统设备的优化改造。主要介绍了应用背景、总体思路、折罐铁水称量改造、天车称量系统改造、合金加料系统改造的实施和效果,保证了炼钢生产的稳定运行。This paper describes the transformation of measurement and control equipment in intelligent steelmaking mode of Xuanhua Iron and Steel Co.This paper mainly introduces the application background,the general idea,the implementation and effect of the transformation of the hot metal weighing system,the transformation of the crown block weighing system and the transformation of the alloy feeding system,so as to ensure the stable operation of the steelmaking production.
