摘  要:芜湖新兴铸管1号高炉在2018年5月—11月期间,炉底水泥基墩出现裂纹并泄漏煤气,炉底水冷管温差和炉底中心点温度异常上升,存在较大生产安全隐患,高炉被迫降低冶炼强度,通过采用风口区域整体浇筑,基墩外部制作迷宫密封结构的外壳,并压入高导热塑性密封材料等措施,解决了炉底温度升高和煤气泄漏等安全隐患。经过一年的生产实践表明,这次治理达到了预期的效果。During the period from May to November 2018,the cement base pier at the bottom of No.1 blast furnace of Wuhu Xinxing Ductile Iron Pipes Co.Ltd.has cracks and gas leakage,the temperature difference between the bottom water cooling pipe and the temperature at the center of the bottom of the furnace have increased abnormally,which has a great potential production safety hazard.The blast furnace has been forced to reduce the smelting intensity.The measures such as integral pouring in the tuyere area,making the outer shell of labyrinth seal structure outside the base pier,and pressing in the high thermal conductivity plastic seal material have solved the problem safety hazards such as bottom temperature rise and gas leakage.After one year's production practice,it shows that the treatment has achieved the expected effect.
