摘　　要：宣钢1号高炉通过在高炉炉缸侧壁及炉身下部薄弱部位安装炉皮测温预警系统,通过检测炉皮温度变化趋势,及时掌握炉缸薄弱区域的侵蚀情况,及时发现炉皮温度异常点和裂缝、炉皮发红现象,并给出报警,保障高炉安全运行,同时对高炉日常调剂及操作也起到了重要的指导作用。Through installing a temperature monitoring and warning system on the hearth sidewall and lower part of shaft of No.1 BF of Xuanhua Iron and Steel Co,the temperature trend of the hearth is detected and the erosion situation in the weak area of hearth is grasped in time.It is important to find abnormal temperature points,cracks and redness of furnace skin in time,give warning,ensure safe operation of blast furnace,at the same time,it also plays an important role in guiding the daily adjustment and operation of blast furnace.
