从肠源性微炎症探讨糖尿病肾脏病“内热致癥”病机内涵

摘　　要：代谢性微炎症是糖尿病及糖尿病肾脏病的重要发病因素,而肠道菌群失衡导致的肠源性微炎症是代谢性微炎症的重要来源,并加快糖尿病肾脏病病程进展。热邪为糖尿病肾脏病重要发病因素,"内热致癥"为其核心病机。在糖尿病肾脏病发病及病程进展方面,肠源性微炎症发病机制与"内热致癥"病机十分契合。Metabolic microinflammation is an important pathogenic factor of diabetes and diabetic nephropathy,and enterogenous microinflammation caused by imbalance of intestinal flora is an important source of metabolic microinflammation,and accelerate the progress of diabetic nephropathy.Heat pathogen is an important pathogenic factor of diabetic nephropathy,and"internal heat causing zheng jia"is its core pathogenesis.In the pathogenesis and course of diabetic nephropathy,the pathogenesis of enterogenous microinflammation is consistent with the pathogenesis of"internal heat causing zheng jia".
