摘 要:目的:通过多目标遗传算法优化洁淋通方最佳提取工艺,并对其效果进行评价。方法:以乙醇体积分数、液料比、提取时间和提取次数为因素进行正交试验,并获得目标成分提取率线性回归方程,通过GATBX遗传算法工具箱进行多目标寻优。结果:经多目标遗传算法优化后,洁淋通中黄芩苷和栀子苷的提取率达到单目标优化最佳方案的99.03%和81.67%,最佳提取工艺为乙醇体积分数70%,液料比20倍,提取3次,每次1 h。结论:本工艺条件重复性良好,表明遗传算法能够为洁淋通方提取工艺优化提供稳定可靠、经济合理的优化方案。Objective:To optimize the optimal extraction process of Jielingtong Decoction by multi-objective genetic algorithm(MOGA),and evaluate its effect.Methods:The orthogonal experiment was carried out with the factors of ethanol concentration,liquid-material ratio,extraction time and lifting times,and the linear regression equation of the extraction rate of the target components was obtained.Results:After the optimization of MOGA,the extraction rate of baicalin and gardenoside in Jielingtong reached 98%and 82%of the optimal scheme of single objective optimization,and the optimal extraction process was 70%ethanol concentration,20 times of liquid-material ratio,three times of extraction,one hour each time.Conclusion:The repeatability of the process conditions is good,which shows that genetic algorithm can provide a stable,reliable,economic and reasonable optimization scheme for the extraction process optimization of Jielingtong Decoction.
