摘 要:目的利用左心室CTA影像资料了解心尖区是否存在最薄点,并测量其厚度。方法选取在我院2017年11月~2018年11月行冠状动脉CTA检查的74例无明显器质性心脏病及5例高血压心肌肥厚患者的左心室CTA影像资料,肉眼观察选取心尖区心肌最薄点的断层后将图像放大计算机测量心尖区最薄点的厚度。结果74例无明显器质性心脏病及5例高血压心肌肥厚患者均存在心尖区心肌最薄点,二者厚度分别为(1.41±0.53)mm和(1.84±1.10)mm(差别有统计学意义,t=2.83,P<0.05)。有9(11.4%)例患者其最薄的心肌是一个区域,最薄区域的心外膜直径为(3.2±0.93)mm。结论左心室心尖区心肌存在最薄点是一种正常的解剖结构,普遍存在于无器质性心脏病及高血压左室肥厚的患者中,左心室CTA影像学可以清楚显示该最薄点。Objective Left ventricular the CTA imaging data about whether the apex thinnest point,and measure its thickness.Methods The left ventricular CTA images of 74 patients without significant organic heart disease and 5 patients with hyperbaric myocardial hypertrophy were selected from November 2017 to November 2018,visual observation of selected apex myocardial thinnest point fault after image to enlarge the thickness of the the computer measurement apex thinnest point.Results 74 cases no obvious structural heart disease and five cases of hypertensive cardiac hypertrophy exist apex myocardial thinnest point,both thickness(1.41±0.53)mm and(1.84±1.10)mm(the difference was not statistically significant,t=2.83,P<0.05).9(11.4%)patients with the thinnest of the myocardium is a regional,the thinnest regional epicardial diameter(3.2±0.93)mm.Conclusion Left ventricular apex myocardial exist thinnest point is a normal anatomic structure,commonly found in patients without structural heart disease and left ventricular hypertrophy,Left ventricular CTA imaging can clearly show the thinnest point.
