摘  要:以聚丙交酯二元醇(PLA-diol)为增塑剂,通过原位反应性共混制备了PLA/PLA-diol/ADR共混物,研究了不同含量的PLA-diol对PLA的增塑作用,及不同含量的ADR对PLA/PLA-diol共混物的力学性能、动态热机械性能及流变性能的影响。结果表明,加入PLA-diol后,显著改善了PLA的延展性,产生了明显的增塑作用。ADR的引入使共混物的强度和韧性同时得到了改善,拉伸强度和冲击强度分别达到39. 20 MPa和2. 62 k J/m2。DMA结果验证了PLAdiol对PLA的增塑作用,共混物的玻璃化转变温度下降了19. 36℃。其流变行为解释了当ADR含量为0. 5%~1. 0%时,ADR易与PLA-diol发生支化反应,增强PLA与PLA-diol的相互作用,复数黏度由纯PLA的175. 2 Pa·s降至11. 6Pa·s;而ADR含量超过1. 0%时,更倾向与PLA发生扩链反应,形成PLA-g-PLA-diol,从而增加分子链缠结程度,复数黏度提高至1 092. 8 Pa·s。The PLA/PLA-diol/ADR blend was prepared by in-situ reactive blending with polylactide diol(PLA-diol)as a plasticizer.The effects of PLA-diol on the plasticization of PLA and the addition of ADR on the mechanical properties,dynamic thermomechanical properties and rheological properties of PLA/PLA-diol blends were investigated.The results showed that the addition of PLA-diol significantly improved the ductility of PLA and produced significant plasticization.The introduction of ADR improved the strength and toughness of the blend at the same time,and the tensile strength and impact strength reached 39.20 MPa and 2.62 kJ/m2,respectively.The plasticization of PLA by PLA-diol was verified by DMA results,and the glass transition temperature of the blend decreased by 19.36℃.The rheological behavior results explained that ADR was prone to branching reaction with PLA-diol when ADR content was 0.5%~1.0%,and the interaction between PLA and PLA-diol was enhanced,resulting in the reduction of complex viscosity from 175.2 Pa·s to 11.6 Pa·s;When the ADR content was higher than 1.0%,it was more inclined to extend chain reaction with PLA.The formation of PLA-g-PLAdiol increased the degree of molecular chain entanglement and the complex viscosity was increased to 1092.8 Pa·s.
