摘 要:以机械力化学改性的废胶粉(MWRP)与热塑性弹性体(TPE)共混制备了MWRP-TPE复合材料,并将三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯(TAIC)作为交联敏化剂,通过辐射交联对复合材料进行改性。研究了复合材料的力学性能、热空气老化性能及微观形貌。研究结果表明,随着MWRP含量的增大,复合材料的拉伸强度增大了9. 90%~21. 35%,断裂伸长率仍能保持在150%~400%之间;TAIC对共混体系的交联反应具有敏化作用,共混物产生交联反应后可以获得较高的交联密度。当辐射剂量为120 k Gy时,2. 5质量份的TAIC使复合材料的拉伸强度提高了18. 22%;当TAIC加入后,通过辐照交联改善了复合材料的抗热氧老化性能,复合材料的拉伸强度保持率提高了13. 64%~60. 57%。研究结果表明,该方法是一种绿色环保的高分子材料再利用方法,实现了废胶粉的改性和利用。MWRP-TPE composite was prepared by blending mechanically chemically modified waste rubber powder(MWRP)with thermoplastic elastomer(TPE),and modifying the composite by radiation crosslinking in which triallylisocyanurate(TAIC)was used as crosslinking sensitizer.The mechanical properties,hot air aging properties and microstructure of the composite was investigated.The results showed that with the increase of MWRP content,the tensile strength of the composite increased by 9.90%~21.35%,and the elongation at break could still be maintained between 150%~400%;TAIC had a sensitizing effect on the cross-linking reaction of the blend system,and a high crosslink density could be obtained after the cross-linking reaction of the blend was produced.At a radiation dose of 120 kGy,the tensile strength of the composite could be increased by 18.22%after the addition of 2.5 phr TAIC;After the addition of TAIC,the anti-thermal aging properties of the composite was improved by irradiation crosslinking,and the tensile strength retention rate of the composite was increased by 13.64%~60.57%.The research results showed that this method was a kind of green macromolecule material reusing method,which realized the modification and utilization of waste rubber powder.
