摘  要:由于聚乳酸(PLA)与尼龙11(PA11)的相容性较差,因此,利用熔融接枝法制备了PLA与甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(GMA)的接枝物PLA-g-GMA,并充当共混物的增容剂。在共混的过程中,利用增容剂原位反应性,增容PLA与PA11的共混体系。对共混物进行力学性能测试,结果表明,在没有添加增容剂的条件下,共混物的力学性能较差;随着接枝物的加入,共混物的力学性能显著提高。在PLA/PA11(80/20)组分中,当增容剂的含量达到20%时,共混物的断裂伸长率和拉伸强度均达到了最大值分别为281. 14%、53. 16 MPa,且材料抗冲击性能也有一定的改善,与纯PLA相比,增加了132%。Due to the poor compatibility between polylactic acid(PLA)and nylon 11(PA11),the compatibilizer of PLA grafting GMA(PLA-g-GMA)was prepared by melt grafting.In the process of blending,the compatibilizer in-situ reactively compatibilized the blend of PLA and PA11.Through the mechanical property test,the blends without compatibilizer performance was reduced because of the compatibility problems.But with the addition of the compatibilizer,the mechanical properties of the blends shown a significant improvement.When the content of the compatibilizer reached 20%in the PLA/PA11(80/20)component,the elongation at break and the tensile strength of the blends reached a maximum of 281.14%and 53.16 MPa,respectively.Moreover,the impact resistance of the blends had also been improved,which was 132%higher than that of neat PLA.
