摘 要:近年来,现代船舶和海洋作业平台等高端装备技术迅猛发展,越来越多运动结构直接采用海水作为润滑剂,以简化运动机构的润滑与密封设计,并避免因润滑油泄露引起的水资源污染。然而,在海水介质中,材料的腐蚀、磨损以及两者的交互促进作用,对海水润滑机构的使用寿命和可靠性提出严峻挑战。聚合物基纳米涂层由于具有自润滑和化学稳定性等优异特点,在以上运动机构防腐和摩擦学设计中,发挥着愈加重要的作用。目前,学者们的研究主要集中在聚合物纳米涂层的腐蚀行为或摩擦学行为,对于防腐耐磨功能一体化的聚合物纳米涂层的公开报导较少。文章归纳总结了近年来聚合物纳米涂层防腐性能、耐磨性能等方面的研究进展,对防腐耐磨功能一体化涂层的设计理念和研究方法提出了展望。Modern ships and offshore platforms have been developing rapidly in the last years.In order to simplify lubrication design and avoid water pollution caused by possible oil leakage,more and more motion components are lubricated directly by seawater.Material loss caused by corrosion,wear and specially their synergy poses severe challenges on the lifespan and reliability of numerous motion components subjected to seawater lubrication.Due to interesting characteristics such as self-lubrication and high chemical resistance of polymer nanocomposites,they play an increasingly important role in the anti-corrosion and tribological design of seawater lubricated components.At present,scholars'research mainly focused on the corrosion behavior or tribological behavior of polymer nano-coatings.Nevertheless,formulation of multifunctional polymer coatings exhibiting simultaneously high anti-corrosion and anti-wear performance have been rarely reported.the paper research progresses in regards of anti-corrosion performance,wear resistance of polymer nanocoatings and corrosion behaviors of counterpart metals rubbed with the coatings were comprehensively reviewed.Research concepts and methodologies of multifunctional polymer nanocoatings are proposed.
