摘 要:通过分析我国电气火灾发生频率高、破坏性强、影响大的特点,了解包括电线电缆绝缘材料老化等原因在内的电气火灾发展趋势,综述了国内外针对电线电缆绝缘材料的燃烧规律、高温(110℃以上)加速热老化、光氧老化对绝缘材料性能的影响,及老化对绝缘材料燃烧性能的影响的研究进展。在未通电情况下,研究老化对电线电缆绝缘材料自身性能的影响,及老化后材料的热解、燃烧等,展望未来针对电线电缆绝缘材料需要重点研究的问题,应结合现实生活,分析电线电缆绝缘材料在通电使用过程中,发生老化以及老化后绝缘材料的燃烧规律,并提出一些新的方法和理论。The characteristics of high frequency,destructive and large impact of fire in China are analyzed,the trend of electrical fire,including the aging of electrical and cable insulation materials,has also been understood,and research progress of insulation material combustion law,accelerated thermal aging at high temperature(above 110℃),effects of photo-oxygen aging on the properties of insulation materials,and effects of aging on the combustion properties of insulation materials are summarized.In the case of an unpowered research aging effect on the properties of wire and cable insulation material itself and aging materials after pyrolysis,combustion,etc,also are discussed.In the future,the key research problems of wire and cable insulation materials are summarized and prospected,which is to study the aging of wire and cable insulation materials in the process of electrification and the combustion law of insulation materials after aging,and put forward some new methods and theories.
