放射性口腔黏膜炎患者应用捷克信的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨捷克信对口腔黏膜炎患者疼痛及生活质量的影响。方法选取100例放射过程中发生口腔黏膜炎的鼻咽癌患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组给予捷克信同时进行护理干预,对照组进行常规护理。比较2组放射性口腔黏膜炎的疼痛程度及生活质量的评分。结果观察组放射性口腔黏膜炎的疼痛程度明显低于对照组(P<0.05),吞咽生活质量测量量表总分及饮食持续时间、恐惧、社会功能和疲劳四个维度得分明显的降低。结论应用捷克信的同时进行护理干预,可以降低口腔黏膜炎患者疼痛的程度,改善口腔黏膜炎患者的生活质量。Objective To investigate the effect of JEKSUNG on pain and quality of life in patients with oral mucositis.Methods A total of 100 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients with oral mucositis in the course of radiation were divided into observation group and control group.The observation group was given JEKSUNG and nursing intervention,the control group was given usual nursing to compare the pain degree and life quality score of the two groups of patients with radioactive oral Mucositis.Results In the observation group,the pain degree of radioactive oral mucositis was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the scores of four dimensions of swallowing quality of life scale and duration of diet,fear,social function and fatigue,were significantly reduced.Conclusion Application of JEKSUNG and nursing intervention can reduce the degree of pain in patients with oral mucositis and improve the quality of life of patients with oral mucositis.
